The deposit is 10% of the display price, rounded up to the next $10, with a minimum of $30 and a maximum of $200, paid by card.
We hold the piece for 4 days from the day you reserve it. Ask us before the hold ends if you need longer and we can extend it for up to 4 more days.
If you inspect the piece and decide not to buy it, we refund your deposit.
If you don’t visit or contact us before the hold ends, the piece goes back on sale and your deposit becomes store credit, valid for 3 years.
Payment plans and pay-later options aren’t available on floor models. The balance is paid in store by cash or card.
Once you’ve inspected the piece and paid the balance, we may need one business day to get it ready for pickup. Beds and sofas have their screws removed and are packed properly so they travel safely.
Floor models are sold as seen in store. These terms don’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Pickup and delivery follow our pickup and delivery terms. Anything else these terms don’t cover follows the policies of The A2Z Furniture: our warranty policy and returns and refund policy. Where they differ, these terms and our refund policy apply to floor models reserved on this site.
