Refund policy

Every piece on this site is a one-off ex-display floor model from one of our showrooms: Rocklea, Beenleigh or North Ipswich. You reserve a piece online with a deposit, then see it in person and pay the balance in store.

Your deposit

  • The deposit is 10% of the display price, rounded up to the next $10, with a minimum of $30 and a maximum of $200. It is paid by card when you reserve.
  • We hold the piece for you for 4 days from the day you reserve it. If you need longer, contact the showroom before the hold ends and we can extend it by up to 4 more days.
  • Inspect and decide not to buy: if you see the piece in store and decide it isn't for you, we refund your deposit to the card you paid with.
  • No visit or contact: if you don't visit or contact us before the hold ends, the piece goes back on sale and your deposit becomes store credit, valid for 3 years.
  • If we can't sell you the piece: if the piece is no longer available when you come in, we refund your deposit in full.

After you buy

Floor models are sold as seen, after you have had the chance to inspect them in store. We do not offer change-of-mind returns on ex-display items once the balance is paid. Marks or wear that were shown on the listing or pointed out to you before you bought the piece are not covered by this policy.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. If a piece has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the piece repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method. Please bring your order confirmation email or tax invoice as proof of purchase.
